As some of you may have noticed - I have added a ‘Twitter‘ plugin to the sidebar of this blog (on the right hand side underneath my ‘Flickr‘ photos. Twitter is an online status updating tool that lets other people on the web know what you are up to. For example, you might want everyone to know that you are going to the cornershop to buy some milk (and hence won’t be at the computer station for a moment or two), in which case you would display the message:
Jonathan: is going to the cornershop to buy some milk.
More realistically, you can use it to let people know about what you have been up to of late. For example, I might let Twitter know that I am going to visit Tianmen Square today, or that I am starting classes again at University tomorrow. In this way you can find out about some of the other things I have been getting up to in China that are not necessarily worth writing a full blog post about. If you want to keep track of my Twitter you can visit my Twitter page here. You can also view the latest updates on this blog or subscribe to my Twitter RSS feed.
